To receive an accurate quotation quickly, please prepare the following details for your custom project:

  • Product type: Reception Desk / Executive Desk / Conference Table / Chair / Stone Product
  • Dimensions: Length × Width × Height
  • Preferred colour or finish
  • Layout requirements: left/right return, storage configuration, etc.
  • Delivery suburb & postcode
  • Required timeframe
  • Reference images or floor plans (if available)

Important Policies & Information

What Is Included in Your Quote

Your quotation will comprehensively include:

  • Product cost (with bulk discount applied if applicable)
  • Customisation cost (if applicable)
  • Shipping fees (based on location and access conditions)
  • Estimated production and delivery timeframe

* All quotes are valid for 14 days, unless otherwise stated.

Production & Delivery

All customised and commercial furniture is made to order to ensure the highest quality.

Delivery timeframe: 32–50 business days

  • Order processing: 7–15 business days (includes manufacturing, packing, and order preparation)
  • Shipping: 25–35 business days (including sea freight and final delivery)

We will deliver your items to the front door, garage, or roadside at the provided address. Standard delivery does not include upstairs delivery. For more details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

Cancellations & Material Disclaimers

Cancellation Policy

  • Custom products are made according to the specifications and requirements approved by the customer.
  • Cancellations due to change of mind will incur a charge of 50% of material costs once production has started.
  • If the goods have already been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.
  • As custom products are manufactured specifically to your requirements, they cannot be easily resold to other customers. Therefore, refunds are not available once the items have been shipped, unless the return is due to a product quality issue or a delivery problem caused by us.
  • We recommend carefully reviewing all specifications, measurements, and finishes before confirming your order.

Colour & Material Disclaimer

  • Colours may vary slightly due to screen display differences.
  • Natural materials such as wood and stone may feature unique grain, veining, texture, and colour variation. Minor variations are not considered defects.
