Currency
All prices on our website are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax) unless otherwise stated.
For international credit cards, your bank may convert the charge to your local currency. Exchange rates and any currency conversion fees are determined by your card issuer, not by CaGu MoDu.
Payment Terms
Standard Payment Process (All Products)
Step 1: Order Placement and Payment
- Full payment (100%) required at the time of order placement
- Payment must be completed to submit your order
- Credit card payments are processed immediately
- Bank transfers must be completed and confirmed before order processing begins
- You'll receive an order confirmation email once payment is received
Step 2: Order Confirmation (Custom/Made-to-Order Products Only)
- Within 24 hours, we'll send a detailed order confirmation email
- This includes all specifications, dimensions, colours, and final details
- Please review carefully and confirm all details are correct
- Reply to confirm or request any necessary changes
- Production begins once you confirm the order details
Step 3: Production and Delivery
- Your order is produced and shipped according to the timeline provided
- You'll receive tracking information when your order ships
- Delivery arranged according to our delivery policy
Partial Payment Option (Special Arrangements Only)
Partial Payment Terms:
- Available only for custom/made-to-order products
- Must contact customer service before placing order

- Typical arrangement: 50% deposit + 50% balance before shipping
- Discount codes and promotional offers cannot be used with partial payment arrangements
- Payment plan must be agreed upon and confirmed in writing before order placement

- Discuss your requirements and obtain approval
- Receive written confirmation of the payment arrangement
- We'll create a custom invoice with the agreed payment schedule
- Make the initial deposit payment
- Confirm order details (for custom products)

Discount Codes and Promotional Offers
When You Can Use Discount Codes:
- Discount codes and promotional offers can be applied to orders with full payment (100%) at checkout
- Enter your discount code during the checkout process
- Discount will be applied before payment
When Discount Codes Cannot Be Used:
- Partial payment arrangements: Discount codes and promotional offers are not available when using partial payment plans
- This restriction applies to all custom payment arrangements made through customer service
Why This Restriction?
Our discount codes are designed for our standard checkout and payment process. Custom payment arrangements require manual processing and different terms, which are not compatible with automated discount systems.

Payment Not Received
If you've made a payment but we haven't received it:

Refunds and Cancellations

Stock Products:
- Full refund available within 30 days if unused and in original packaging
- Refund processed to original payment method
- Processing time: 7-10 business days
Custom/Made-to-Order Products:
- Full refund if canceled before order confirmation (Step 2)
- 25% cancellation fee if canceled after production begins
- 75% cancellation fee if canceled after shipping
- Full refund for faulty products or manufacturing defects
Refund Method:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Credit card refunds: 3-10 business days
- Bank transfer refunds: 5-10 business days
- Payment processing fees are non-refundable
